William Elwood Watts

 Supply, NC

 William Elwood Watts age 91, died Friday November 19, 2021 in the Lower Cape Hospice House, Boliva, NC.

Born in Columbus County, NC, he was the son of the late Elbert Walker Watts and Dessie Maryliza Watts.

William was a member of Boones Neck Baptist Church, Supply, NC, where he served as deacon.

He was also a Master Mason and member of Gate City Lodge 694 and a Shriner with Jamil Shriners.

 He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Fonnie G. Watts of the home. Two daughters, Ann W. Bracey of Rock Hill, SC., Cathy J. Steele and husband Jimmy Mack of Summerville, SC.,

Two sisters, Carrie Mae Clark and  Mary K. Norris both of Richmond, VA., Five grandchildren, Scottie, Ashley, Jessica, Kerri, & Kristin; five great-grandchildren, Jacob, Nate, Ashton, Luke,  & Kansas.

 In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son in law Ricky Bracey and one brother, Littlejohn Watts

 Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 2:00pm in Carolina Baptist Church, Green Sea, SC, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

 Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.
