Wendell Kenneth Rowell age 74 of Loris, SC., died April 2, 2021 in his home. Born in Horry County, SC he was the son of the late Marion and Lucille Jordan Rowell.
He is survived by his wife of fifty three years Katie N. Rowell of the home. One son, Michael Rowell and wife Marri of Loris, SC., two daughters, Tansy Caines and husband Rev. Jimmy Caines of Evergreen, NC., Megan Rowell of Loris, SC., one sister, Barbara Blanton of Loris, SC., seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne Rowell, Eugene Rowell, five sisters, Mildred Lee, Shirley Williamson, Edna Earl McDaniel, Mary Grace Dowling, and infant twin, Brendall Rowell.
Memorial service is planned for Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 11:00AM in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 2558 W. Bear Grass Rd. Loris, SC 29569 by Rev. Kaleb Gerald & Rev. Donnie Graham.
