Tansy Maria Rowell Caines, age 53, of Princess Ann Road, Evergreen, NC, died Monday, December 27, 2021 in the Southeastern Regional Medical Center, Lumberton, NC. Born August 28, 1968 in Horry County, SC, she was the daughter of Katie Norris Rowell of Loris, SC and the late Wendall Rowell.
She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Evergreen, NC. Tansy loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Rev. Jimmy W. Caines of the home; three sons, Kendall Olene Caines and wife Katelyn of Clarendon, NC, Zachery Marion Caines and wife Brooklyn of Concord, NC and William Tanner Caines of Evergreen, NC; one brother, Michael Rowell and wife Marri of Loris, SC; and three grandchildren, McKinley Grace, Gracelynn Hope and Brayden Lee.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Macedonia Baptist Church, Evergreen, NC.
