Stephen Joseph Simon, age 37, of Marion , SC, died Wednesday, January 13, 2021 in his home. Born June 21, 1983 in Tucson, AZ, he was the son of Wendy Rubin Simon Hooks of Tucson, AZ and Theodore Joseph Simon, Jr. of Benson AZ.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters: Jenna Elias of Tucson, AZ and Melissa Stroud of Conway, SC; one brother: Theodore Joseph Simon III of Benson, AZ; two nieces: Giavonni Stroud and Audri Elias; three nephews: Jordan Elias, Gabe Elias and Kelan Stroud; and many extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his step-father: Loren Legrand Hooks; and grandparents: John and Vernelle Hooks.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 2 PM at 4851 Highway 76, Nichols, SC.
