Ray Blaine Milligan, age 52, of Tabor City, NC died Monday, July 20, 2020 in his home.  Born August 31, 1967 in Mecklenburg County, NC, he was the son of the late Eldred Frinly and Mona Faye Soles Milligan.

He is survived by three sisters: Debra Faye Milligan of Tabor City, NC, Catherine Devonne Farmer of Florida, Jo Ann Neese of Tabor City, NC; his aunt: Lu Ray Thompson of Valrico, FL; nieces and nephews: Jerry Todd and his wife Rachael, Chris Todd and his wife Billie, and Sarah Hewett and her husband Andrew, Shannon Rowan and her husband Shane, and Bradlee Bogart and their families; best friend: Kenneth Allen; and his beloved puppy: Little Mama.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one niece: Sierra Neese.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 6:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the chapel.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic social distancing will be observed and the family has requested that all attendees wear a mask.
