Patricia Gray Fowler, age 60, of Tabor City, NC, died Tuesday, October 12, 2021 in her home. Born December 20, 1960 in Columbus County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Leo Franklin Smith, Sr. and Mary Lucille Monroe Smith and the widow of Ronnie Dale Fowler.
She is survived by two sons: Casey Fowler (Alicia) of Tabor City, NC and Chad Fowler (Amanda) of Evergreen, NC; three brothers: Rev. Leo Smith Jr. (Janice) of Tabor City, NC, Rev. Kenneth Smith (Diane) of Tabor City, NC and Paul Smith (Gloria) of Calabash, NC; and five grandchildren: Landon and Parker Fowler, Camdyn, Chase and Madison.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Lavon Smith and Terry Smith.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 6:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
