Mrs. Norma Jean Fowler, age 79, died Monday September 19, 2016, in her home.  Born July 23, 1937 in Horry County, she was the daughter of the late Ballard Pinkney Fowler and Norma Cox Fowler.

She is survived by two sons: Franky Fowler (Melodie) of Green Sea, Russell Fowler (Sandy) of Green Sea; one brother: William “Billy” Fowler of Tabor City; one sister: Frances Johnson of Nichols, SC; four grandchildren: Brandi Benson, Austin Fowler, Zebeth Fowler, Jody Fowler; and two great grandchildren: Jobe Benson and Evan Benson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother: Eugene Fowler and husband: Benjamin Fowler.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home of Tabor City.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 11 AM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the George Fowler Cemetery, Tabor City.
