Linda Faye (Soles) Duncan

Linda Faye Soles Duncan, age 70, of Tabor City, NC, died Sunday, September 27, 2020 in the Grand Strand Medical Center. Myrtle Beach, SC.  Born September 4, 1950 in Columbus County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Robert Aaron Soles and Letha Hawes Soles and the widow of Nelson Wayne Duncan.

She is survived by two daughters: Casey Duncan Gore (Morgan) of Clarendon, NC and Katrina Duncan Fowler and fiancé, Nelson Dale Locklear of Tabor City, NC; one son: Robert Wayne Duncan (Jennifer) of Whiteville, NC; one sister: Ruby Blackwell of Tabor City, NC; fifteen grandchildren: Jerrett Lovin, William Alex Mabry, Tiffany Mullins, Lynsey Timmons, Donavon Timmons, Crystal Watts, Kramer Beck, Jonathan Strickland, Alyssa Duncan, Shani Spivey, Wesley Turner, Joshua Turner, Jacob Creech, Addison Turner and Jennah Turner; and twelve great grandchildren: Christopher Watts, Aiden Watts, Allan Watts, Emma Kate Beck, Drake Beck, Dallas Jordan, Lennox Spivey, Integra Ward, Riley Berry, Karsyn Nayle, Brynlee Nayle, and Kaidyn Bradley Hemingway.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter: Robin Lyn Duncan and three brothers: Earl Keith Soles, Donald Ray Soles and Robert T. Soles.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2020 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 2 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.  Entombment will follow in the Twin City Mausoleum.
