Kim Linwood Grainger, 70, died Tuesday, January 31, 2023, in Whiteville. He was born in Loris, a son of the late Joseph L. Grainger and Juanita Stevens Grainger.
He is survived by one daughter, Shay Wilson (Justin) of Nakina; one brother, Mitchell Grainger (Martha) of Tabor City; close friends, Danny Long (Vickie) of Clarendon and Glenda Elliott (Eugene) of Nichols; and his grandpup, Pumpkin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Sharon Stanley Grainger; and his dog, Baby.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 4 in the Inman Ward Funeral Home chapel, with Preacher Paul Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in Stanley Fowler Cemetery. Visitation will be held for one hour before the service in the chapel.
