James “Kenny” Kenneth Jernigan, age 65, died Saturday, March 28, 2020 in the McLeod Loris Hospital. Born January 1, 1955 in Horry County, SC, he was the son of the late James Carson and Kathleen Ray Jernigan.
He is survived by his wife: Frances Shelley Jernigan of the home; two sons: Kevin Jernigan and his wife Donna of Loris, SC and Wesley Jernigan and his wife Dannie of Tabor City, NC; two brothers: Robert Jernigan of Conway, SC and Tony Jernigan and his wife Terri of Issue, MD; two sisters: Sara J. Ward and her husband Elroy of Green Sea, SC and Hilda J. Ward and her husband Lonnie of Tabor City, NC; and three grandchildren: Karmen, Kamdyn, and Brody.
A drop-in visitation will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2020 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at 3:00 PM in the Green Sea Cemetery.
