Harry Edgar Fields, 76, died Saturday, December 31, 2022, in the Lower Cape Fear Hospice & Life Care Center, Whiteville, NC. He was born December 18, 1946, in Cumberland County, NC, a son of the late Edgar Louis Fields and Lily Rebecca Patterson Fields.

He is survived by two sisters, Carolyn Sue Fields and Elizabeth Ann Fields, both of Tar Heel, NC, and one brother, David Charles Fields of Lake Wells, FL.

A private service will be held at a later date.
