Eric Travis Long, age 38, died Monday, July 13, 2020. Born January 19, 1982 in Brunswick County, NC, he was the son of Marvin Terry Long of Montana and Dale Taylor Long of Nakina, NC.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one daughter: Bailey Jane Long of Shallotte, NC; and two sisters: Robin Long Walters of Fairmont, NC and Melissa Gail Ridgeway of Port Allen, LA.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents: Robert Edgar Long and Ruby Dell Long; and maternal grandparents: Harlow Taylor, Jr. and Beulah Mae Taylor.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 6:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, social distancing will be observed and the family request that all attendees wear a mask.
