Doris Ann Cox Fowler, age 75, of Green Sea, SC, died Thursday, March 11, 2021 in Blue Ridge in Georgetown.  Born February 6, 1946 in Loris, SC, she was the daughter of the late Tallie Cox and Martha Spivey Cox and the widow of Dennis Pearl Fowler, Sr.

She is survived by two sons: Dennis Pearl Fowler, Jr. (Angie) of Green Sea, SC and Christopher O’Brian Fowler (Kathy) of Tabor City, NC; one daughter: Patricia Ann “Sue” Fowler of Tabor City, NC; one brother: A B “Buddy” Cox of Kingman, AZ; one sister: Martha Purkey of Gastonia, NC; four grandchildren: Hunter Fowler (Bridget), Jade Fowler, Michael Fowler (Erica) and Becky Fowler Harris (Wesley); and two great grandchildren: Kaiden Fowler and Maci Elizabeth Fowler.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson: Devin Nicholas Fowler; two brothers and three sisters.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 14, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Jones Street Baptist Church, Tabor City, NC.  Entombment will follow in the Twin City Mausoleum.
