Courtney Nicole Ward, age 32, of Loris, SC, died Monday, May 23, 2022 in the MUSC Medical Center, Charleston, SC. Born June 28, 1989 in Columbus County, NC, she was the daughter of Tammy Kay Cribb Jones and her husband Butch and Carson Heath Ward, Sr., all of Loris, SC.
In addition to her parents and step father, she is survived by her husband, Derek Hinson of Chadbourn; one son, Dalson Heath Ward of Clarendon, NC; one daughter, Kammie Hinson of Chadbourn, NC; one brother, Carson Heath Ward, Jr. and wife Haley of Clarendon, NC; grandmother, Frances Ward of Loris, SC; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Carl Ward.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 27, 2022 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
