William Carl Suggs, Sr., 80, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Conway Medical Center. Born November 22, 1941 in Loris, SC, he was a son of the late William Kenneth and Oney (Suggs) Suggs.
He is survived by his wife, Bridgett Buffkin of the home; sons, William Carl Suggs, Jr. of Loris and Billy (Michelle) Buffkin of Tennessee; daughters, Theresa (Jamie Stone) Faircloth of Clarendon, NC and Sheila McKenzie of Hartsville, SC; five grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by four brothers, Ben “B.J.” Suggs, Herman Suggs, A.C. Suggs, and Elwood Suggs, and a sister, Mildred Goud.
At the request of the family and to prevent the spread of the COVID virus, services will be private.
