Billy Jack Fowler, age 79, died Monday, July 6, 2020. Born January 9, 1941 in Loris, SC, he was the son of the late Porter Fair Fowler and Jennie Bell Soles Fowler.
He is survived by one brother: Eugene “Gene” Fowler of Loris, SC; and four sisters: Mearl Dean Fowler of Loris, SC, Geneva Lawson of Tabor City, NC, Lola Sykes of Greensboro, NC, and Patricia Carlisle of Jacksonville, FL.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister: Lila Rhodes; and five brothers: Curtis Mack Fowler, Timothy Fowler, Danny Fowler, Nicky Gene Fowler, Sr. and Joe Dale Fowler.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2020 from 7 PM to 9 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 3 PM in the Oak Dale Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Oak Dale Cemetery.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic social distancing will be observed and the family has asked that all attendees wear a mask.
