Alexis Nicole Cook, age 28, of Tabor City, NC, died Friday, November 25, 2022 in the Spartanburg Medical Center. Born October 29, 1994, she was the daughter of Corneilus Richardson Stevens, John Stevens, Lloyd Darren Cook, and Jamie Shane Tyree.
She is survived by her father, Jamie Shane Tyree of El Dorado, AR; mother, Corneilus Richardson Stevens of Tabor City, NC; step father, John Stevens of Tabor City, NC; one son, Ethan Wayne Cook of Tabor City; three sisters, Courtney Cook, Emilee Cook and Courtney Stevens, all of Tabor City, NC; grandparents, Mion and Betsy “Nana” Prince of Green Sea, SC; grandfather, O’Neal Richardson (Stephanie) of Aynor, SC; grandparents, Linda and Vernon Cook of Loris, SC; and great grandmother, Flossie Harrelson of Calabash, NC.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Brooke Cook; and grandmother, Ruthie Rabon.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 2, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Springfield Baptist Church, Loris, SC.
