Alesa Buffkin Faircloth

Alesa Buffkin Faircloth, 60, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at McLeod Loris Hospital after an illness. Born September 17, 1961 in Columbus County, NC, daughter of the late Gummery and Virginia (Watts) Buffkin.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years, Roger Dale Faircloth; a son, Cory Faircloth; daughters, Ashley (Chon) Faircloth and Kayla (Andres) Cruz; brothers, Leon (Evelyn) Buffkin, Michael W. Buffkin, and Bocephus Buffkin; sister, Brenda (David) Lee; twelve grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her father that adopted and raised her, Beamon; brothers, Jerry Buffkin and Michael “Mike” D. Buffkin; and a sister, Ila V. Buffkin

A Graveside Funeral will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 11, 2021 in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 5:00-7:00 PM at Inman Ward Funeral Home and Crematory.
