Tara Lynn (Norris) Inman

Whiteville, NC

Tara Lynn Norris Inman, 39, was granted her angel wings Tuesday, April 9, 2019. Born in New Hanover County, she was the youngest daughter of the late Joseph Rubin “Joe” Norris and Shelby Jean Cribb Norris.
 

She attended South Columbus High School. She was a native of Columbus County. Tara’s life would seem short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. She had a passionate love for animals and her family. Her beautiful smile and laughter would light up any room. She will be greatly missed and will never be forgotten.
 

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 14 in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
 

Tara is survived by one son, Dylan Inman of Tabor City; one sister, Josette Harrelson of Wilmington; two brothers, William “Jorek” Norris and wife, Judy, and Adam Norris and girlfriend, Jennifer Hoff, both of Tabor City; one nephew, William Daniel Baggett of Charlotte; three nieces, Brooke Norris and Brittany Long, both of Tabor City and Brandy Norris of Columbus, Ohio; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Your memory will live in our hearts forever.
