Polly, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers on this sad day. As you feel the reality of your precious Father's passing from this life, we are asking the Lord to comfort each of you and give you the strength needed to handle the void you are facing today, tomorrow and in the days ahead. May it be of great comfort to know that as your Dad shed his earthly body he was greeted by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ..
"....to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." 2 Corinthians 5:8
Mr. Elmore truly was a man who loved and served the Lord and loved life and will be missed deeply by his family and friends.

Brother Elmore was one of my favorite preacher friends. He always encouraged me in the ministry. Giving me good advice and wisdom. I remember he conducted a revival for me at Pleasant Hill Baptist. Every night he preached the Word of God. You could tell he was always burden for lost souls. I thank the good Lord for knowing Brother Elmore these 35 years of my ministry .
