To the Hunt Family--Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow. May God continue to hold you in the palm of His hand, and give you strength in the days ahead. Please accept our sincere condolences.....we hope your memories of her will be of some comfort. The Hunt and Gore family are in our prayers. Remember in God's Holy Word that weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning. I'm glad to say today that I'm a great product of Norris Gore Hunt and the awesome Educators of Tabor City School System.

Met this beautiful lady while she was in pulmonary rehab preparing for lung transplant and after transplant. She was the light of our classes and exercise sessions. She was the most gracious and positive person I have ever met. Truly enjoyed every moment with her. Loved her smile, laughter, and wisdom. I consider myself blessed to have known her. She taught me a great deal about patience, GODS love and forgiveness. She is an icon. May she rest in piece with our Heavenly Father. My prayers are with all of the family.

Gilbert and family, we're so very sorry to hear of Norris's passing but we are rejoicing that she is dancing and singing on Heaven's streets of gold in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I know the loss and emptiness is something that we struggle with each day but we are praying for your comfort and peace. Norris was always the funniest person I ever met, when she and Lil Peg would get together and start telling stories, our sides would split with laughter, we have and cherish great memories. Norris was such a delightful friend. My children fell in love with her when they met her a few years ago just as I did when I was a child. They ask every summer if we will get to visit with Mrs. Norris when we go to the beach. My condolences to your family. She will be greatly missed.

Mrs. Hunt was my third grade teacher and then she ended up teaching my three children in their third grade years as well. She was one of the most personable and exceptional people that I have ever known and even after I'd graduated from primary school (this was when we used to graduate to the 4th grade) I would still visit her classroom. She had a big heart and a warm smile. Everyone loved being in her class.
My sincerest condolences to you, the Hunt family. Though words may never be able to express how much she meant to so many and how many lives she touched, I hope my words bring some comfort in your time of sorrow.
